Brighton artist ELLiS·D has revealed his new single, ‘I Want To Be Everything You Desire’. The track continues to develop the gothic punk sound he conceived at the start of the project, with his frenetic energy and quivering, paranoid sonic world combining into an artistic, almost sci-fi sound. The Fat Dog drummer explains: “I wrote a bunch of ideas for the lyrics on a drive between shows on a tour in April with Fat Dog, where we were supporting as well. I was on a high from performing twice a night and loving every second of each show, and the lyrics are a reflection of that feeling, where I can step into a character and portray a version of myself that I struggle to replicate in day-to-day life.” You can catch ELLiS·D live around the UK and Europe this Autumn. -Dan Peeke
